– All services provided by Be Still Look Pretty are non-refundable.

By proceeding with your treatment, you acknowledge and accept that individual results may vary. While results are not guaranteed, we will discuss and set realistic and informed expectations during your consultation.

Payment is final and not subject to chargeback, dispute, or refund.

– 48-Hour Advance Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and efficiency, please notify us 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments missed without proper notification will incur in a non-refundable charge of $150.

– Late Arrivals & 'No-Shows'

Respect for all clients' time is crucial. Arriving more than ten minutes late may require rescheduling to avoid disrupting other appointments. 'No-Shows' will be charged a non-refundable $250 fee.

– Appointment Scheduling

Currently, appointments with Jenn are scheduled several weeks in advance. Contact us by phone or visit the spa to secure your preferred time.

– Accepted Payment Forms
Venmo, Zelle, Visa, MasterCard. Gratuities are not included in pricing but are appreciated at your discretion.

– Spa Arrival & Check-In

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to allow time for paperwork and consultation.

– Children & Pets

While we adore children and pets, please make arrangements as they are not permitted in our limited-space spa.

– Cell Phones & Smart Watches

Kindly silence devices during your visit to minimize disruptions.
